Thank you for supporting our second annual Epic North Carolina User Group Meeting (NC UGM). The NC UGM allows health systems in NC the ability to collaborate, exchange information and make recommendations for improving the use of the Epic System that will, in turn, leverage the quality of service provided to the population of North Carolina and surrounding states. NCHICA has entered into an agreement with NC UGM to provide registration and administrative support.

Your support pays for the majority of the cost of this highly anticipated networking event, and degrees of sponsorship are organized into the packages outlined here.

The following applies to all levels of sponsorship:

  • Exposure to leaders that control over 75% of the healthcare directly provided in NC, including business and operational leaders who have engagement with IT and Epic.  Please refer to list at the end of this document for information about the organizations with Epic in NC participating in this event. We may have involvement from a few surrounding states as well.
  • By invitation only:  each sponsor has been selected by the Epic NC UGM Steering Committee (comprised of Epic NC healthcare organization staff), because of the synergy they see with your company and their Epic implementations.  No company may sponsor the event without at least 75% of the steering committee approving the sponsorship.
  • Written marketing material may be provided to attendees.  Sponsors will be mentioned in our conference app used by attendees, for our thanks and recognition for your support provides positive exposure for your company.
  • Opportunity for direct networking with the attendees (except for Bronze level sponsorship), in an attractive atrium conveniently located near session areas (attendees will walk by the vendor booth area to get from one session to another).
  • Time carved into the agenda for a wine & cheese reception located in the vendor booth atrium to increase foot traffic and provide you additional networking and demonstration time.
